Excellent communication, service and product. The price is absolutely reasonable for what has been achieved. Colin brought the product and information with him when quoting and explained how the system worked. Even checked the vent colours were appropriate. We had subfloor system installed to get rid of damp in cellar, storage area, and music room on bottom level of house. The air is now fresh and no mold. Could not spend time down there previously and musical instruments, furniture and documents were getting mold and damaged. It was really a wasted space. Now I can't spend enough time there. Also purchased a recommended air purifier because of the large area but the air purifier hasnt activated much after the initial week so it can be used in other areas of the house. I contacted Colin at Central Coast Ventilation to fix an under house humidity and mould issue in 2022. After providing a in-depth assessment CCV put a fan system and did a fantastic job with the install. The good news was that the mould and bad smell disappeared within a week. The bad news was that within 2 years there was an issue with the German fan which couldn’t handle the Australian conditions.

I called Colin and was very impressed with his response. He listened to the issue and replaced the fan under warranty. Then he went above and beyond to source a different fan that is plastic based and won’t corrode like the old fan. He swapped the fans at no cost to me and I couldn’t be happier. I have a fan that is even more effective than the German one and now I have great control and tracking options on the phone APP.

I am very impressed with the customer service and solution. I really appreciate Colin’s determination to fix the actual and not just wait for the next fan to corrode.

When I first called Colin my music studio had become un usable due to mould build up and lack of ventilation.

I was also genuinely concerned as a lot of my equipment became at risk of being very badly damaged by the severity of the mould.

Not knowing what to do I reached out to Colin as he had done excellent work at my house before, helping with a similar problem.

Colin and his team got onto it right away, making time to fit the first stage of the ventilation process before the Christmas holidays despite it being late notice on my behalf.

The following stages were completed incredibly quickly in the new year.

Since then the transformation in the studio is unbelievable!!

Colin has monitored the system and made the necessary changes remotely until he and I were happy with the results.

The air is so clean and the moisture is nonexistent, Colin has also provided exceptional follow up support and regularly reaches out to check how things are going.

Not only is Colin great at what he does, he’s also just a nice bloke. Which does make a difference when dealing with a big project like this.

I would highly recommend him and his time to anyone needing help with similar issues around the home.

Very impressed! Customer service and responsiveness of Colin was amazing. The time Colin spent with us explaining the system was fabulous always with focus on us before, during and after installation. The installer we met was just as great and provided us with good options and very flexible. I recently had the pleasure of having a sub-floor ducted ventilation system installed by Central Coast Ventilation to ameliorate dampness and mould. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

From my initial discussions with Colin, the proprietor, to the seamless installation process, I was impressed by the high standards of service, professionalism, and the evident quality of workmanship.

Colin's follow-up phone call post-installation further emphasised his commitment to client satisfaction.

The effectiveness of the installed system surpassed my expectations, and I am delighted with the results. A special mention also goes to David, the installer, who patiently and quickly got the job done despite the cramped conditions and the humidity. The electrician finished the work and brought the system into action. It is now controlled by an app that Colin can manage remotely when necessary.

I would HIGHLY recommend Colin and Central Coast Ventilation.  One of the most professional group of tradesmen we have dealt with in all our years on the coast.  From when we first contacted them, Colin spent time explaining the types of systems and followed up with a visit to our site, on-time and was very thorough reviewing the site conditions.  Once an appointment was made, they went out of their way to accomodate our travel schedule and the installers (Shaun and Mitchell) were both very professional and general good guys. From day one, my dealings with Colin and the guys from Central Coast Ventilation have been nothing short of outstanding. The thorough, courteous and friendly manner in which my job was investigated, planned and executed was beyond pleasing and the finished job has exceeded my expectations in the exceptional quality of the installed ventilation system, the friendly professionalism of the installation crew (Dave, Shaun and Tim the sparkie) and the final cost.

Very happy with my experience with CCVentilation!
The lower levels of my house had condensation, mold, Smelly rooms etc It was turning Into a real nightmare.
I rang Colin and he was extremely helpful, He quickly explained what my Issues were and what my choices were to tackle the rising damp that was affecting my house.
After organised his team to fit a sub floor ventalation system my house has never felt better. Musty smells have gone, Zero condensation, and mold has been kept at bay.
